Please ensure that you check all your items upon receiving your order before signing on the Tax Invoice / Delivery Order. Should there be any discrepancy, please inform our delivery personnel immediately and we will do the necessary to replace the missing or damaged item, or do an exchange for the wrong item of similar value.
By signing on the Tax Invoice / Delivery Order, you acknowledge receipt and accept that the items and their quantities are correct, the condition of the products as they arrive, and the packaging is satisfactory.
Delivery is between 11am to 1pm daily and varies according to the driver’s location. Should you request for a special timing, we will try our best to accommodate. If we are not able to deliver at your timing, we will inform you. We thank you for your kind patience and understanding.
To raise a dispute for any discrepancy AFTER signing on the Tax Invoice / Delivery Order, our exchange policy requires a submission of picture proof with the original product in its original packaging. Submission of proof must be done on the day of delivery (by 2359hr) sent through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to facilitate documentation and investigation purposes. We will do our best to assess each case of dispute, and work closely with our production team and delivery personnel.
