Cooking instruction:
1. Please fully defrost frozen food before cooking
2. Heat the pan, add oil, and turn the chicken skin side down. Fry slowly over medium and low heat, shaking the pan from time to time to heat evenly. Fry for about 4 minutes.
3. Turn it over and continue to fry on medium-low heat for about 4 minutes.
4. Place the food on the plate and enjoy it

2. 锅烧热,下油,把鸡扒皮的那一面朝下。中小火慢慢煎,时不时晃动一下锅让受热均匀。大概煎4分钟。
3. 翻面,继续中小火煎4分钟左右。
